THIS PLAN IS SIMPLE YOU PAY ONCE AND WE WILL LOOK AT YOUR APPLE DEVICES AS MANY TIMES AS NEEDED. WE COVER SOFTWARE ISSUES ONLY. FOR HARDWARE RELATED ISSUES WE REPLACE THE UNIT if we can not fix it!  HOWEVER, YOU WILL RECEIVE 15% OFF ON YOUR REPLACEMENT UNIT, HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE  REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE of the replacement unit. 

all replacement units will be refurbished units. that are fully tested and in good working order!

if your device is not working do to a software or hardware issue due to the fact of it being extremely old and outdated your device will not be covered under this plan no exceptions. 

for example, if your make or apple products is more than 5 years old your device will not be covered under this program. But should your device be acting up regardless of its the age we will still offer you different rates since you are enrolled in this program?

to clarify things better the 15% is only good towards a replacement unit.

you get 15% off of what the replacement unit will coast so if your replacement unit is Say 1,500 you get 15% off that.

15% of 1,500=  225
so you pay the difference which would be  1,275
