Returns ON ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS cannot be accepted
because every order is custom & made to order so, therefore, we can not take the item back once it leaves our warehouse. However, If you receive a product that has been printed incorrectly we will gladly send you a reprint of the exact item. Please provide us with the order number, first & last name and street address & pictures showing signs of print defects and we will gladly send you another. You do not need to send us back the defective item so there is no need to ship anything back to us.

If items are returned within 5 days there will not be a restocking fee. item must be in new condition.
If the package has been opened, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 5 days.
It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our STORE for exchange.
(No returns after 15 days.)
