**AOP3D Return Policy**

**1. General Provisions**

1.1. All transactions executed by AOP3D ("Company") are deemed final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly prohibited except as explicitly stated herein.

**2. Tech Support Services**

2.1. Fees associated with tech support services are irrevocable and non-refundable once the service has commenced or been concluded.

**3. Return of Physical Products**

3.1. Physical products are eligible for return exclusively in the event of a verified defect.

3.2. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be satisfied:

- The defect must be substantiated through verification.

- A valid sales receipt must be presented.

- The product must be returned to the Company within two (2) business days from the date of purchase.

3.3. Upon validation of the defect and receipt of the product, the Company will authorize an exchange. In instances where an exchange is not feasible, a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the defective product will be issued.

3.4. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be provided.
