If you’ve just downloaded the Viventium app and realized there isn’t a "Sign Up" button, don't worry—your phone isn't broken. Viventium uses a high-security "Invite Only" system. You can’t knock on the door; your employer has to let you in.

Here is the definitive step-by-step guide to getting your account live.

Step 1: The HR Request

Before you can do anything, your employer’s Payroll or HR administrator must "onboard" you into the system.

  • The Action: Ask your HR rep to send you an Employee Self Service (ESS) Invitation.

  • What to look for: An email from no-reply@viventium.com with the subject line "Register for Viventium ESS."

Step 2: The Identity Handshake

Once you receive the email, the link inside will take you to a secure portal. This is where the system confirms you are who you say you are.

  1. Click the "Get Started" button in the email.

  2. Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth.

  3. Pro Tip: If the system says your information doesn’t match, contact HR immediately. A simple typo in your birthday on their end will block your registration.

Step 3: Create Your Credentials

Now that the system recognizes you, you’ll set up your login "keys."

  • Email: Use a personal email you’ll have access to even if you leave the company (this is important for accessing tax forms like W-2s later).

  • Password: Choose a strong password. Viventium handles your bank info and paychecks, so don't make it "Password123."

Step 4: The "Final Boss" (Activation)

  2. Click the "Activate Account" button inside.
