By engaging AOP3D for our custom HTML application development services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Service Scope: AOP3D provides custom web-based HTML application development services for a one-time flat rate of $100.00. This service is specifically for applications built primarily using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, designed to run directly within a standard web browser. Complex applications requiring extensive backend development, database integration, API development, advanced security features, or ongoing maintenance are outside this scope and will require a separate quote.
  • Idea Submission & Feasibility: AOP3D reserves the right to review and determine the feasibility and suitability of any project for the $100 flat-rate service. If deemed outside the scope, AOP3D will communicate this and may offer an alternative custom quote.
  • Client Responsibilities: The Client is solely responsible for clearly articulating requirements and providing all necessary content, data, or design elements required for development. Significant changes to the scope after development has begun may incur additional charges.
  • Ownership & Delivery: Upon full payment, AOP3D will deliver the completed files. The Client will own the intellectual property rights to the delivered code.
  • Hosting & Deployment: AOP3D's service does not include web hosting, domain registration, server setup, or deployment. The Client is solely responsible for acquiring and managing all hosting services.
  • Support & Maintenance: The $100 rate covers initial development and delivery. It does not include ongoing technical support, maintenance, updates, or bug fixes beyond initial delivery acceptance.
  • "As Is" Basis & Limited Warranty: The application is provided "as is". AOP3D warrants that it will substantially conform to the agreed specifications at delivery. AOP3D does not warrant that it will be error-free or perfectly suitable for all potential uses. Future browser compatibility issues are outside AOP3D's control.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AOP3D be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. AOP3D's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client ($100.00).
  • Third-Party Services: If the app relies on third-party services, the Client is responsible for compliance with those terms and associated costs.
