1. ZERO HOSTING POLICY: AOP3D is a development lab, not a hosting provider. We provide the source code (index.html). Once the code is handed off to the client, AOP3D HAS NO ACCESS TO YOUR WEBSITE and does not host any part of the widget.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: The client is 100% responsible for the maintenance, uptime, security, and hosting of the widget. After the final file delivery, AOP3D is no longer responsible for the functionality or upkeep of the tool.
3. DIRECT TRAFFIC POLICY: To keep this service free, all widgets include a mandatory AOP3D.COM PROMOTIONAL UNIT. This redirects traffic to our main site to support our lab. Removal or obscuring of this link is a breach of the free-use agreement.
4. AS-IS HANDOFF: All widgets are delivered "As-Is." AOP3D does not offer technical support for third-party hosting issues (Shopify, WordPress, Wix, etc.). If the widget stops working due to your hosting environment, it is the client's duty to troubleshoot.
