How to Use AOP3D Forms

Build: name your form, tap a question type to add it, then tap a question card to edit its words, choices and Required setting. Move, duplicate or delete questions in each card.

Collect: switch to Fill form, answer the questions and tap Submit ā€” answers are saved only in this browser. Switch to Responses to see them in a table.

Export: tap Responses CSV to download a spreadsheet-ready file, Form HTML for a standalone copy, or Print for a clean paper form.
