1
Open Finder
Click on the Finder icon in your Dock (the smiley face icon) to get started.
2
Go to the Menu Bar
Look at the top of your screen for the Menu Bar. Click on Go.
3
Access the Library Folder
Hold down the Option (⌥) key on your keyboard while you click on Library in the dropdown menu. This reveals the hidden folder.
4
Find Your Backups
In the Library folder, navigate to the following path to find folders with long strings of letters and numbers (these are your backups!):
Application Support > MobileSync > Backup
5
Celebrate Your Discovery! 🎉
You can now copy, move, or delete them. Warning: Deleting backups means you won't be able to restore that data later, so choose wisely.
