How To Make iPhone Text Bigger In 1 Minute

The text is just small. The wonderful news? You can make it bigger in about one minute, and we will do it together, one easy step at a time.

Let Us Make Your Text Bigger

1. Find the app called Settings. It looks like gray gears. Tap it once.
2. Scroll down slowly and tap Accessibility. That word just means "make this easier to use."
3. Tap Display & Text Size. It is near the top.
4. Tap Larger Text.
5. At the bottom you will see a slider — a little line with a circle on it. Slide that circle to the right to make the text bigger. Watch the words above grow as you slide.
6. Stop when it feels easy to read. That is it. There is no save button — your iPhone remembers it for you.

One More Helpful Tip: Bold Text

On that same Display & Text Size screen, you can turn on Bold Text. Bold means the letters are a little thicker and darker. Many people find bigger and bold is the perfect pair. If you turn it on, your phone may restart once — that is normal, do not worry.
