AOP3D warrants that all refurbished laptops and desktops have undergone rigorous testing and validation to ascertain their full operational functionality at the juncture of sale. Notwithstanding this assurance, AOP3D expressly disclaims any guarantee regarding compatibility with specific software applications, programs, or peripheral devices not explicitly articulated prior to consummation of the sale.

### 2. Cosmetic Condition Disclaimer

## **AOP3D One Year Software Limited Warranty**

This One Year Limited Warranty is conferred by AOP3D and encompasses electronics acquired from AOP3D for a duration of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is exclusively valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

### Warranty Coverage
Pursuant to this warranty provision, AOP3D guarantees that the electronics sold shall be devoid of defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use and service. Should a defect manifest within the Warranty Period, AOP3D shall either:
1. Undertake repairs on the defective product at no charge concerning software-related issues.

### Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

3. Return the product to AOP3D within seven (7) days following request issuance.

## **AOP3D Tech Support Services Agreement**

This Agreement ("Agreement") is executed as of [DATE], by and between **AOP3D TECH**, situated at **5 Whistlestop Mall, Rockport, MA** (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"), and the undersigned client (hereinafter referred to as "Client").
